Functionality For Life (FFL) offers in-home outpatient therapy services. If you’ve completed your Home Health therapy but find it challenging to travel to a clinic or prefer the convenience of therapy sessions at home, our mobile outpatient therapy is the ideal solution for you. Similarly, if you’re not confined to your home but would benefit from therapy sessions right in your own home, our mobile outpatient therapy is designed to meet your needs effectively.

FFL also offers home safety and modification consultation services.  If you’re finding your daily routine challenging or have had falls and aren’t sure if staying at home is best, making some changes might help. 90% of adults over 65 want to stay in the home but only 1 in 5 make changes to do so. Give yourself the option to stay functional at home.

Lastly, FFL offers dementia consultation services for caregivers. When caregiving is becoming too much, it’s important to seek support. Whether you live far away and worry about your loved one’s safety at home, or you’re overwhelmed with caregiving duties, our in-home outpatient therapy can address your concerns effectively. By providing care in the familiar surroundings of your loved one’s home, we can find solutions that benefit both the person with dementia and the caregiver. With over 20+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist working across various traditional settings and catering to clients with diverse abilities, Jennifer has come to understand the importance of staying in one’s own home to benefit their overall health. This realization spurred her to expand her expertise expanding into in-home therapy, home modifications and dementia care.  By specializing in these areas, she can offer tailored solutions to the daily challenges faced by clients, right in the comfort of their homes

Recognizing the unique needs of each client, Jennifer proactively sought additional training in home modifications and dementia care.  This enabled her to meet the needs of her clients providing solutions to the everyday challenges right in the home. Driven by her passion for enhancing safety and quality of life, Jennifer established Functionality For Life, LLC.  Her commitment to empowering her clients to lead fulfilling lives shines through in her every endeavor.
